About

We help companies unlock the operational intelligence already inside their business.

Most companies have valuable operational knowledge trapped inside people, inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. Lyrion turns that knowledge into AI systems that run inside the business: pricing the job, chasing the lead, assembling the report, fitted to how the company actually operates.

How we build100% customevery system is designed around one company's operations, nothing off a shelf

Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a quoting problem, a follow up problem, a reporting problem.

The knowledge to fix them is trapped in inboxes, spreadsheets and a few people's heads. Generic software cannot remove that work, because every company does it differently. It can only be removed by a system built around how one specific company operates. That is the only kind of system we build.

What we believe

01

Operations before technology

Every engagement starts inside your workflows, not inside a model. We map how work actually moves through your company before we design anything, and if we cannot name the bottleneck and what it costs you, we do not build.

02

Practical systems, not demos

A system counts when your team runs it on an ordinary Tuesday without thinking about it. We build for the thousandth run, not the first one: reliable, checkable, and shaped to the way your people already work.

03

Your knowledge stays yours

The systems run on your data, inside your tools. The pricing instinct, the client history, the way your best people decide: it becomes infrastructure your company owns, and it never trains anyone else's product.

The founder

Kiyan Saleh · Founder

Kiyan Saleh

Founder, Lyrion

Lyrion started with an observation Kiyan could not unsee: in every company he looked at, the most expensive work was the invisible kind. The quote retyped from the last one. The lead answered a day late. The report assembled by hand by the most senior person in the room. None of it was on anyone's job description, and all of it decided how fast the company could move.

Companies lose speed because the knowledge that runs them lives in a few heads and disconnected systems, and generic software cannot reach it: no product off a shelf knows how one specific company prices a job or chases a lead. So Lyrion builds the other kind of system, fitted to one company's operations and running on the tools it already has. The knowledge becomes operational infrastructure the company owns.

He works directly on every engagement, from the first workflow walkthrough to the day the system goes live.

How an engagement runs

Four phases from the first walkthrough to a live system, in weeks, not months. Each phase ends with something in your hands.

01 · ANALYZE

Operational discovery

Inside your operation

We embed with the people doing the work: the estimating room, the dispatch desk, the recruiting floor. We map how jobs actually move through your company and where they stall.

What you getAn operational map and a shortlist of systems worth building, each tied to the hours it would return.
02 · DESIGN

System blueprint

Before anything is built

We design the system around your operation: the components, the tools they sit on, what your team stops doing, and what stays firmly human.

What you getA blueprint your team signs off on before anything gets built.
03 · BUILD

Build and pilot

Next to your team

We build on the tools you already run and pilot next to the people who will own the system, with a human checking every output until the system has earned trust.

What you getA live system your team runs, with the handover done.
04 · OPTIMIZE

Run and expand

Ongoing

We watch the system in production, tune it as your business shifts, and extend it to the next bottleneck when you are ready.

What you getA quarterly review of what the system carried, and what it should take on next.

See how AI could work inside your company.

One conversation about your operation. If a custom system is not worth it, we will say so.
