Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Email Policy

Lyrion is a B2B consultancy with a team of 11 to 50 people, based in San Francisco, California. The company is registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build custom software systems for individual mid-sized companies. This policy governs every domain we operate and every message we send.

1. Our domains are never advertised in unsolicited messages

We operate the following domains: lyrion.io, and the dedicated correspondence domains trylyrion.com, lyrionworks.com, withlyrion.com, lyrionnow.com, thelyrion.com, golyrion.com, heylyrion.com, mylyrion.com, lyrionhq.com and joinlyrion.com.

None of these domains is advertised as a website in unsolicited email, by us or by anyone else. No message we send contains a URL on any of the ten correspondence domains above. A link to our own material, on our primary domain, is sent only to a recipient who has explicitly asked us to send it, in direct reply to that request.

The ten .com domains above exist solely to carry business correspondence. They are sender identities, not marketing destinations.

2. We prohibit third parties from promoting our domains

We use no affiliates, no resellers, no lead-generation partners and no third-party marketers, and we do not permit any person or organisation to promote, advertise or reference any Lyrion domain in unsolicited messages of any kind, by email, SMS, messaging platform or otherwise. We do not pay, authorise or accept traffic from anyone who does so. Any such activity is unauthorised, and we will act to stop it on becoming aware of it.

3. What we send

We send first-party business correspondence, written and sent by our own team, to named individuals at companies in specific trades, using business contact data obtained from commercial B2B data providers and verified before use. We do not use consumer data, personal addresses, scraped mailboxes or purchased consumer lists.

Every message we send:

• identifies the sender honestly, with a real name and a working reply address that a person reads;
• carries a clear opt-out;
• contains no tracking pixel, no open tracking and no link tracking;
• is sent from authenticated infrastructure, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and enforced at p=reject.

We do not send bulk consumer marketing, we do not send on behalf of anyone else, and we do not rent, sell, share or transfer any address to any third party.

4. Opt-outs are permanent and immediate

A request to stop, in any form of words, is actioned automatically and immediately, and applies across every domain and mailbox we operate. No explanation is required and no reply is needed. An opt-out is permanent; we do not re-contact an address that has opted out, and we do not require it to be repeated.

5. Reporting abuse

To report a message you believe breaches this policy, to opt out, or to ask us to remove your details, write to contact@lyrion.io. Mail sent to that address is read by a person and acted on within one business day.

If you are a blocklist operator, mailbox provider or abuse desk and you have evidence of a message that breaches this policy, we want to see it. We will identify the cause, tell you what we found, and tell you what we changed.
