Harbor Supply Agreement

1. Term and Renewal

This agreement starts on the first day of October and runs for one year. Their is a few conditions to meet before it renews. There are a few conditions to meet before it renews. Each obligation below has a single owner and a hard date.

The renewal checklist is owned by the legal team and reviewed every Friday. Anything still open within two weeks of renewal goes to counsel before it is signed.

2. Liability

Liability is capped at the standard $250,000. Any change to the cap goes to counsel, with the final wording locked the Friday before.

Master Services Agreement

Scope of Services

The supplier delivers the services in Schedule A to the standard set out in this agreement, at every site.

Fees and Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Disputed amounts are raised in writing at least two weeks ahead.

Confidentiality and Data

Client data is encrypted and stays in the client's environment. Report any breach within 24 hours of noticing.
