Terms of Use

Effective October 4, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the lyrion.io website. They are not a services contract.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The website lyrion.io is operated by Lyrion FZ-LLC ("Lyrion", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with a team in San Francisco, California. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements. Nothing on this site, and nothing in these terms, creates a client relationship or forms part of those agreements, and if they differ, the signed agreement applies.

2. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Lyrion and to contact us. When you use it, please do not:

  • break the law, or use the site to infringe anyone's rights;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or the services behind it, or test, probe or scan them for weaknesses;
  • disrupt the site or place an unreasonable load on it, including through automated requests;
  • send unlawful, misleading or harmful material through the contact form, or impersonate someone else.

Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and cite the public pages of the site, as set out in our robots.txt file.

3. Our content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics, images, animations and code of the site are owned by Lyrion or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site, link to it and quote short passages with a credit to Lyrion and a link to the page. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse, in particular for commercial purposes, needs our written permission.

"Lyrion" and the Lyrion logo are our marks. Other names and marks shown on the site belong to their owners. The fonts and icons we use are open-source and remain under their own licences, listed in the Legal notice.

4. Information on the site

The site describes our work and our services in general terms. It is not an offer and not professional advice for your situation. Field Notes and other pages may include illustrative examples and figures, which are marked as such. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date but may change it at any time.

5. What you send us

Please do not send confidential information or sensitive personal information through the contact form. Anything you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and sending it does not create any confidentiality obligation or client relationship until a written agreement says so.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to sites run by others, such as our LinkedIn page. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lyrion and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations, so they apply to you only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard by the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.

10. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; the version on the site when you use it applies. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
