Privacy Requests
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. One email is enough.
Send a request
Email contact@lyrion.io with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us what you would like us to do, and the email address you used with us.
What you can ask for
- Access. What personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we disclose it to, and a copy of it.
- Correction. Fixing information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion. Deleting the information we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Opting out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, but you can still ask us to confirm it.
- EU and UK visitors can also ask us to restrict how we use their information, object to our use of it, or receive it in a portable format.
To turn analytics off, you do not need to write to us: use Cookie settings and click Reject.
How we handle your request
- Verification. We match the request to the information we hold, usually by replying to the email address you used with us. We only ask for what we need to confirm it is you.
- Someone acting for you. An authorized agent can send a request on your behalf with your signed permission. We may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.
- Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days for California residents, or within one month for EU and UK residents. If we need more time, we will tell you why, as the law allows.
- No cost, no penalty. Requests are free, and using your privacy rights will never change how we treat you.
