Route every decision to who signs

Approval paths built around the people who actually sign, with every request routed to the right approver, the evidence attached, and every decision kept on the record against what it approved.

Map who actually signs

Scoping records how approvals really move: who signs at which limit, who has to be consulted first, and the exceptions everyone knows but nobody wrote down. The system routes each request along that path, inside the tools your approvers already use.

Example request

Route this purchase request for the site generator. It is above the project manager's limit, so it needs the regional director, and anything over our safety threshold needs the safety lead to sign first. Attach the quote, the budget line and the supplier record so each approver has what they need.

  • Approval limits and paths written down
  • Each request routed in the tools approvers use
  • Evidence attached for every approver

Keep the path current

When a limit changes, a person moves on or a new kind of request appears, the path is updated once and applied everywhere. Every change to the rules is approved and logged, so the business always knows who signed what, and under which rule.

Example request

The regional director is away until the 20th. Route her approvals to the deputy for anything under our second limit, keep everything above it waiting, and log the delegation against each request.

Keep every decision on the record

Every approval is kept with the request, the evidence, the approver and the rule that applied. Auditors see the full trail without anyone assembling it, and stalled requests are flagged to their owner before they hold up the work.

Example request

Show me every approval above the second limit this quarter, who signed each one and under which rule, and list the requests that have been waiting on an approver longer than our policy allows.

  • Request, evidence and approver kept together
  • A full trail ready for the auditor
  • Stalled requests flagged to their owner
