Check drawings against the spec

Drawings, specifications and contracts checked against the record, with every finding traced to the page it came from, so your engineers review the exceptions instead of every sheet.

Start from the document set

Share the drawings, specifications and contract documents for a package. The system reads every sheet and clause, finds the record it should match in your project system, and checks what the documents actually say, not what the cover letter says they say.

Example request

Check the structural drawings for the east wing against the specification and the last approved revision. List every dimension, grade or detail that changed, with the sheet and the clause for each.

  • Reads drawings, specifications and contracts
  • Checks every sheet against the approved record
  • Each finding traced to its page and clause

Review submittals and changes

Beyond the first check, the system reads submittals, RFIs and change orders as they arrive, matches each to the drawing and clause it affects, and sends anything that does not line up to the engineer who owns it, with the evidence attached.

Example request

Read this week's submittals for the riverside job. Match each one to the specification section it answers, flag any that propose a substitute material, and draft the review note for the engineer to approve.

Keep the record current

When a revision arrives, the system checks it against the version on record and every document that depends on it. It lists what changed and what now conflicts, and a person decides what to accept.

Example request

Revision C of the mechanical drawings came in this morning. Compare it with revision B and the coordination model, and give me everything that changed, everything that now conflicts, and who needs to approve it.

  • A list of what changed since the last revision
  • Conflicts flagged against dependent documents
  • Every decision logged with who approved it
