Price bids the way your estimators do

Bids priced the way your own estimators price them, from your own cost records and rules, including the ones nobody wrote down, with every judgment call left with an estimator.

Write down how a bid is priced

Our engineers sit with your estimators and record how a bid is actually priced: the cost records they trust, the rates they adjust, and the rules held only by the person who has done the work longest. Before anything is built, that becomes a written blueprint your team reviews and signs off.

Example request

Price the east wing package from the drawings and our cost history. Use last year's steel rates adjusted for this quarter, and flag every line where our usual allowance does not apply.

  • Starts from your own cost records
  • Writes down the rules your estimators use
  • A written blueprint before anything is built

Review the estimate line by line

The system prepares the estimate from your records and rules, with the working attached to every line. Estimators can question any figure, change an allowance or reprice a package before anything leaves the desk. This is where the judgment stays: with the people who sign the bid.

Example request

Why is the concrete allowance higher than on the riverside job? Use our own rate for the formwork instead, and keep the contingency at the level the director approved for this client.

Price every package at once

Once the approach is agreed, the system prices each package in parallel: one on structure, one on services, one on finishes. Your estimators stay on the decisions that need them while the rest of the work moves, and every package is checked against the blueprint before it joins the bid.

Example request

Looks right. Price the remaining packages the same way and flag anything outside our usual range.

  • Packages priced in parallel from the same rules
  • Estimators stay on the calls that need them
  • Each package checked before it joins the bid

Sign off the final bid

When the estimate is complete, the director reviews the whole bid in one place. The system sets it against the blueprint and earlier bids, flags anything that drifted from the agreed approach, and nothing is submitted until a person signs it.
