Read every report as it arrives

Inspection and field reports read as they arrive, matched to the asset and the readings on record, with anything outside tolerance sent to an engineer, so nothing in a report waits to be noticed.

Read the report against the record

Field reports arrive as forms, photos, handwritten notes and sensor exports. The system reads each one as it lands, matches it to the asset in your maintenance system, and checks every reading against the tolerances your engineers set, including the ones nobody ever wrote down.

Example request

Read the inspection reports from the northern wells that came in overnight. Match each reading to the asset record, compare it with the last three inspections, and list every reading outside the tolerance in our maintenance standard.

  • Forms, photos, notes and sensor exports read
  • Each reading matched to its asset record
  • Tolerances your engineers set, not a default

Send exceptions to an engineer

Anything outside tolerance goes to the engineer who owns the asset, with the report, the reading and the history attached. The system flags readings where a report is ambiguous rather than guessing, and engineers can add context the next report will be checked against.

Example request

Well 7's pressure reading is outside tolerance, but the note says the gauge was replaced. Check the maintenance record for the gauge change, compare it with the readings since, and send it to the asset engineer with your summary.

  • Exceptions routed to the engineer who owns the asset
  • Ambiguous readings flagged for a person
  • Context added once, applied to every report

Close the loop in your systems

Once an engineer decides, the system updates the record: a work order raised, a reading accepted, an inspection rescheduled. Every action is logged against the asset it touched, and the weekly summary for operations is assembled from the same records, never retyped.

Example request

Raise a work order for the well 7 gauge, accept the other readings from this week's inspections, and prepare the weekly field summary for operations with every exception and what we did about it.
