Check client files against policy

Client documents checked against your own policies before an account opens: identity, ownership, source of funds and sanctions, with every gap sent back to a person and every check logged against the record it touched.

Read the documents against your policy

Clients send passports, registry extracts, ownership charts and bank statements, in every format, scanned or not. The system reads each one, extracts what your onboarding policy requires, and checks it against your own rules and the screening lists you already use.

Example request

Check the documents for this new corporate client. Confirm the directors and beneficial owners against the registry extract, verify the address, screen every name against our sanctions lists, and list anything our policy requires that is missing.

  • Reads passports, registry extracts and statements
  • Checks against your own onboarding policy
  • Low-confidence readings flagged for a person

Cross-check and send back the gaps

The system cross-checks what it extracted: do the owners in the chart match the registry, does the source of funds match the statements? It flags discrepancies before they reach your systems of record, and every gap goes back to the person who owns the client.

Example request

Cross-check the ownership chart against the registry extract and our CRM record. Flag any owner above our threshold we have not screened, and draft the request for the missing documents for the relationship manager to send.

  • Consistency checks across every document
  • Cross-referenced against your existing records
  • Gaps sent back to the client's owner

Approve and open the account

When the checks are complete, the system assembles the file for the person who approves it: what was checked, against which rule, and what was found. A person makes the decision, the account opens in your own systems, and every check stays on the record for the regulator.

Example request

Assemble the onboarding file for compliance approval. Summarize every check, the rule it was checked against and the evidence, and list the two items we accepted with a note from the relationship manager.
