A request arrives by email, portal or call notes. The system reads it, finds the client and the site in your records, and pulls the rates, materials and labor your team would use, including the adjustments that usually live in one estimator's spreadsheet.
Example request
Quote the roof replacement request from this morning. Use our current rates for membrane and labor, add access equipment for a three-story building, and note anything in the request we cannot price yet.
The system assembles the quote with the working attached to every line: the rate, the quantity and the record it came from. A person reviews it, adjusts what needs judgment and approves it. Nothing is sent without that approval.
Example request
The access equipment looks high. Use the rate from the last job on this site instead, and split the labor into two phases so the client can approve the first one separately. Then show me the revised total and the lines that changed, and hold it for my approval before anything is sent.
